The Tieline Gateway 8 is a powerful DSP-based 1RU IP codec for high-quality broadcast audio.

Whilst supporting multiple mono or stereo channels over the public internet, it is ideal for flexible IP audio distribution.
The Gateway 8 supports up to 16 IP audio channels. It is fully compatible with AES67, ST 2110-30, ST 2022-7, RAVENNA, Livewire+, NMOS, Ember+, AES3, and analogue I/O. An optional WheatNet-IP or Dante card can be added for extra flexibility.
Delivering up to 16 mono or 8 stereo streams, the Gateway 8 enables high-density, multichannel IP streaming. Its compact 1RU form factor saves rack space. It integrates with legacy analogue and AES/EBU sources and modern broadcast infrastructures.
Ideal for large-scale audio distribution or multiple studio remotes, the Gateway 8 uses SmartStream PLUS and Fuse-IP for reliable, high-quality streaming. It is fully interoperable with all Tieline IP codecs and SIP-compatible with EBU N/ACIP 3326, 3347, and 3368 devices.
