The DB9000-RX is a dependable IP-to-Audio decoder, designed to support HE-AAC and MPEG-1 Layer 3 compressed audio streams, as well as PCM uncompressed streams, ensuring high-quality audio transmission without any loss.
Equipped with multiple IP audio sources and a built-in MP3/AAC backup audio player, the DB9000-RX ensures continuous operation. If the main audio source fails, the device will automatically switch to the next available backup source based on the user-defined priority. Once the main source is restored, the unit will seamlessly revert to it.
When paired with the optional Stereo and RDS Encoders, the DB9000-RX becomes a comprehensive solution for audio rebroadcasting. The stereo encoder generates a fully digital composite MPX signal with high-quality stereo output. Additionally, the RS-232 port allows the DB9000-RX to function as an Ethernet-to-RS-232 redirector, enabling remote control of other equipment over the Internet. The device can also be managed via any web browser for ease of use.
