Refund and Return Policy
At Agile Broadcast Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This refund and return policy is designed to comply with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Your rights under Australian consumer law
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product or service you purchase from us:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is significantly different from the description or sample
- Is unfit for its intended purpose
- Does not meet consumer guarantees
If the problem is major, you can choose a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair the item, offer a replacement, or provide a refund.
We do not have to provide a refund or replacement if:
- You change your mind
- You find it cheaper elsewhere
- You decide you no longer want it
- You misused the product and caused the issue
Change of mind returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases, unless we choose to do so at our sole discretion or if required under Australian Consumer Law.
If we do accept a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that, entirely at our discretion, a restocking fee may be charged.
Returning faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty or not working as intended
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
- Damaged in transit
Please contact us within7 days of receiving the product and provide:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
We will assess the issue and advise you of the next steps. This may include a:
- Refund
- Repair
- Replacement
- Exchange
In some cases, we may cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will:
- Process it to your original payment method
- Notify you via email once the refund is processed
- Allow up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Non-Returnable items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalised products
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
