The MAGIC TH2plus V2 Telephone Hybrid is a versatile and advanced digital 2-channel telephone hybrid designed to handle a wide range of telephony applications. It features 2 integrated echo cancellers, expanders, and AGCs, providing high-quality audio for both analogue and digital communication. The unit includes 2 individual hybrids with 2 POTS and 2 phone interfaces, as well as 2 audio channels that support either analogue or AES/EBU inputs. Additionally, it offers 2 handset/headset interfaces and 2 keypad control interfaces for easy operation.
The MAGIC TH2plus also provides enhanced conferencing functionality, DTMF tone transmission, and support for EMBER+ / DHD SetLogic, making it ideal for professional broadcast and telecommunication environments. The unit is designed for easy integration with a LAN connection for control, and it includes optional VoIP functionality for 2 channels, with support for G.711 (3.1 kHz telephony standard) and G.722 (7 kHz HD Voice standard) for superior voice clarity.
The hybrid is housed in a compact ½ x 19” x 1 U form factor and comes with mounting brackets for rack installation. Power is supplied through a 12V DC external plug-in unit, and it includes the necessary line interfaces.
