The Tieline Gateway 16 delivers multiple channels of audio over public internet connections and any QoS‑enabled IP network. Utilising a powerful DSP‑based 1RU IP codec architecture, including T1 and T3 connections and private WANs with MPLS.
The Gateway supports streaming of up to 16 IP audio channels. It is compatible with AES67, ST 2110-30, ST 2022-7, RAVENNA, Livewire+, NMOS, Ember+, AES3, and analogue I/O as standard. An optional WheatNet-IP or Dante card can also be installed when purchased.
The Tieline Gateway ushers in a new era of high-density, multichannel IP codec streaming. Offering up to 16 mono channels or 8 stereo streams of bidirectional IP audio in a 1RU form factor. This increases efficiency and reduces rack space requirements.
The Gateway seamlessly integrates with legacy analogue and AES/EBU digital sources, along with newer broadcast infrastructures. It utilises AES67, ST 2110-30, ST 2022-7, Livewire+, RAVENNA, NMOS, and Ember+. An optional WheatNet-IP card is available for enhanced flexibility.
