The TRedess MultiTX Series is a compact and cost-effective range of low power TV transmitters and gap fillers designed for digital TV network coverage extension. Ideal for multi-channel DTT sites, the MultiTX platform allows multiple UHF channels to be housed within a single 5RU 19-inch subrack, helping broadcasters reduce rack space, power consumption and overall deployment costs.
Supporting DVB-T/T2, ISDB-T/Tb and ATSC standards, the MultiTX Series is available in transmitter, transposer, gap filler and re-transmitter configurations with output powers of 1W, 5W and 10W.
The highly modular architecture supports up to 9 UHF channels in a single subrack, making it an ideal solution for sites with limited space and infrastructure. Built-in IP input, optional modem connectivity, satellite receiver options and advanced remote management capabilities further simplify installation and operation in remote locations.
MultiTX Gap Fillers incorporate TRedess’ advanced DEEC Echo Canceller technology, delivering outstanding performance in challenging SFN environments with gain margins up to 30dB.
