This DAB+ Audio Encoder (HE-AAC-V2) is licensed by Fraunhofer Gesellschaft and supports both DAB (ISO/MPEG Layer 2) and MUXENC/EDI protocols when used with the AVT FhG Multiplexer. It features 1 x LAN interface, 1 x analog stereo audio input, and 1 x digital stereo AES/EBU input. SNMP v1/v2c support allows for easy monitoring, and it can be configured and controlled via a web browser or PC software for Windows 10/11. Designed for rack mounting with a 19” bracket, the unit is housed in a compact ½ x 19” x 1U form factor and powered by a 12V DC external plug-in power supply.
